Q1: How to claim warranty?

Once you receive your product, please register to claim your warranty on our website.

Q2: Why doesn’t the B300K drain all its power?

The B300K retains a portion of its energy to prevent overdischarging, which helps protect the battery’s lifespan and ensures long-term performance.

Q3: Can I leave the battery uncharged after fully discharging?

No, it’s important to recharge the B300K in time before the SoC drops to 1% to avoid potential damage. Additionally, ensure it’s placed in an environment of at least 10°C (50°F) for at least 12 hours before recharging.

Q4: Which BLUETTI power stations can work with B300K?

B300K is compatible with AC200L, AC200MAX, AC300, and AC500. When connecting to AC500, the P090D to P150D cable is required for connecting with AC500 and sold separately.

Q5: Can I use the B300K alone?

Yes. B300K is a standalone power source with a 12W USB-A port.

Note: The B300K can only be charged by connecting to the AC500/AC300/AC200L/AC200MAX

The AC500 supports up to 6 B300K. The P150D to P090A cable is required for connecting the AC500 with B300K or B300K with B300S.

The AC500 can mix and match with B300, B300S, and B300K, with up to 6 total battery packs.

Note: For the combo with one AC500 unit, if B300 is included, up to 4 battery packs can be connected; if not, up to 6 packs can be connected.

The AC200L supports up to 2 B300K for up to 7,577.6Wh capacity using the P090D cable.

Note: AC200L can only mix with B300 and B300K.

Connecting with AC300 / AC500, you can charge the B300K to 80% in 45 minutes using a 30A charging cable.

No. The B300K can only be charged by connecting to the AC500 / AC300 / AC200L / AC200MAX.

Q16: Can I use or charge B300K in sub-zero temperatures?

Temperature ranges for B300K are:

Charge: 0 to 40℃ (32 to 104℉);
Discharge: -20 to 40℃ (-4 to 104℉);
Storage: -20 to 40℃ (-4 to 104℉).

Technically, it can power electrical devices under such situations, but please avoid charging it.

Q17: How long can it run my device?

Running time = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ Device rated power DoD refers to Depth of Discharge and η is local inverter efficiency. For B300K, both DoD and η are 90%. If you run a 100W light bulb with it, the running time will be:

2,764.8Wh × 90% × 90% ÷ 100W ≈ 22.39hrs
