Q1: How to claim warranty?

Once you receive your product, please register to claim your warranty on our website.

Q2: Why doesn’t the B500K drain all its power?

The B500K retains a portion of its energy to prevent overdischarging, which helps protect the battery’s lifespan and ensures long-term performance.

Q3: Can I leave the battery uncharged after fully discharging?

No, better to recharge it in time before its SoC drops to 1% to avoid potential damage. Plus, place it somewhere with a temperature of at least 10°C (50°F) for 12 hours before recharging.

Q4: Does the B500K support power bank mode?

No.

Q5: How many B500K batteries can l connect with AC300? Can l mix B500K/B300/B300S?

Up to 4 B500K batteries via the P090A cable.

Yes, you can mix use them.

Q6: How many B500K batteries can l connect with Apex 300? Can l mix B500K/B300K/B300/B300S?

Up to 6 B500K batteries. Use the CA90 cable for B500K stacks and the P090A cable for more than 3 packs stacked separately.

Yes, you can mix use 6 packs at most.

Q7: How many B500K batteries can l connect with AC500? Can l mix B500K/B300K/B300/B300S ?

Up to 6 B500K batteries via the P150D to P090A cable. Yes, you can mix use six packs at most.

Q8: How many B500K batteries can l connect with AC200L? Can l mix B500K/B300/B230/B210?

Up to 2 B500K batteries via the P090A cable, for 12,288 Wh capacity. You can only mix with B300, B300K, and B500K.

Q9: How many B500K batteries can l connect with AC200MAX? Can l mix B500K with other BLUETTI expansion batteries?

Up to 2 B500K batteries via the P090A cable.

Yes, you can mix with B300K, B300, B230, and B210, up to 2 packs in total.

Q10: How can I monitor each battery when they’re mix used?

You can connect them to your power stations and check them using the BLUETTI app.

Q11: Can I use B500K alone as a UPS?

No.

Q12: Can I use or charge B500K in sub-zero temperatures?

Technically, it can power devices below zero, but it can’t be recharged.

Temperature ranges for B500K :

Charge: 0 to 40℃ (32 to 104℉);

Discharge: -20 to 40℃ (-4 to 104℉);

Storage: -20 to 40℃ (-4 to 104℉).

Q13: How long can it run my device?

Runtime = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ (Device power +Self consumption) For B500K, both DoD (Depth of Discharge) and η (inverter efficiency) are 90%, and the self consumption is 3 W.

If you run a 100 W light bulb with it, the runtime will be: 5,120 Wh × 98% × 90% ÷ (100 W + 3 W) ≈ 43.8 hr

Q14: Is B500K waterproof?

No. Please do NOT place it in a humid environment for a long time.

Q15: Is it possible to replace the built-in battery?

No. If the battery pack is faulty or even dead, please contact BLUETTI Customer Service.

Q17: How long can it run my device?

Running time = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ Device rated power DoD refers to Depth of Discharge and η is local inverter efficiency. For B300K, both DoD and η are 90%. If you run a 100W light bulb with it, the running time will be:

2,764.8Wh × 90% × 90% ÷ 100W ≈ 22.39hrs

Q18: Can I use the B500K without a power station?

Yes, you can pair the B500K with BLUETTI ecosystem components to use it independently. For instance, you can charge it using the SolarX 4K or the Charger 2, and power your DC devices via the Hub D1.
